Muthu and I have been working together for approximately four months now, and it has been a profoundly transformative experience. I feel significantly stronger and more agile in my daily activities. I have also noticed a reduction in fatigue and aches after standing and operating for extended periods.
Although I have always been a fitness enthusiast, a lower back injury led me to avoid many exercises, resulting in further weakness and apprehension about certain movements. This put me in a chronic pain cycle which prevented me from returning to the gym at full potential. Muthu tailored a program that has virtually eliminated my pain within few months. I am gradually returning to my pre-injury state and less fearful of some of the movements. This alone has played a transformative role on my mental state!
