You will be training 3 times a week where coaching & programing is done specifically for your needs, injury history, and goals.

45mins to 1hr sessions, 3-5 days per week, program customized to your goals and experience.
₹5,500 per month
A fully customized program for 3-5 days/week, based on your goals, with the equipment that you have access to.
You will be training on your own. Each move in the program will be hyperlinked to a short demo video for your reference.
You could record videos (optional) of your exercises and send them at the end of week for feedback.
Form and load recommendations are updated weekly, once you send your training videos and fill your training sheet. Training is tracked through Google Sheets.

Training session, where the moves are primarily based on Strongman & Strongwomen sport, Picking weights off the floor, Pressing weights overhead and Carrying weights for distance.
My main goal is to make these moves more accessible for everyone while jumping through many barriers surrounding these moves imposed by the fitness industry.
